CALLED COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

The City of Jonesboro Mayor and Council held a Called Council meeting, for the purposes of Executive Session, on March 5th, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. The meeting was held at 170 South Main Street Jonesboro, Georgia.

Council Present: Luther Maddox, Mayor

Clarence Mann, Councilmember

Wallace Norrington, Councilmember

Joe Compton, Councilmember

Roger Grider, Councilmember

Pat Sebo, Councilmember - Absent

Bobby Wiggins, Councilmember - Absent

Staff Present: Pat Daniel – Administrative Assistant and Steve Fincher – City Attorney.

Mayor Maddox Called the meeting to order.

A. Considered a motion to enter Executive Session for the purposes of personnel

matters. Approved. [Motion: Grider, 2^nd: Norrington, Vote: Unanimous].

B. Considered a motion to resume the regular meeting. Approved. [Motion: Grider, 2^nd:

Mann, Vote: Unanimous].

C. Considered vote, if any, on matters discussed in Executive Session. None.
