CITY OF JONESBORO

PUBLIC HEARING

DECEMBER 7TH, 2009

The City of Jonesboro Mayor and Council held a Public Hearing on December 7th, 2009. The Hearing was held at 10:00 a.m. at the Jonesboro Police Station, 170 South Main Street Jonesboro, Georgia.

Council Present: Luther Maddox, Mayor

Clarence Mann, Councilmember

Roger Grider, Councilmember

Wallace Norrington, Councilmember

Billy Powell, Councilmember

Rick Yonce, Councilmember - absent

Bobby Wiggins Councilmember - absent

Staff Present: Janice Truhan- City Clerk, Sandra Meyers- Finance officer, Tim Jessup –

Interim Chief of Police.

Mayor Maddox declared the Public Hearing for the 2010 proposed Annual Budget open and called for public comment.

The Mayor explained the reason for the Called meeting, to discuss proposed 2010 Annual Budget.

There were no public comments.

Mayor Maddox declared the Public Hearing closed.
