Hello and welcome to the Public Works division of the City of Jonesboro. I am Joe Nettleton, Public Works director. I have been with the City of Jonesboro for approximately three years, first as a Public Works employee and then appointed as director of Public Works in 2007.

     I grew up and lived on Church Street in Jonesboro and attended Jonesboro Junior High School and graduated from Jonesboro Senior High in 1983. My wife and I have been married 20 years and have two sons ages 17 and 10. In my free time I enjoy cooking and playing golf with my family.

     The employees of the Public Works division provide you with a variety of services, some of which are: landscaping, road repair, maintenance of the city cemetery, signage and right of way work. We strive to promote a community that is safe and clean.
