CITY OF JONESBORO
CALLED COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 03, 2007

 

A Called Meeting was held at 4:00 p.m. on August 3rd, 2007 at Jonesboro Courthouse  170 South Main Street  Jonesboro.  

Attendees:        Joy B. Day - Mayor    

                        Rick Yonce – Councilperson

                        Luther Maddox - Councilperson

                        Linda Wenz - Councilperson

                        Roger Grider - Councilperson

                        Clarence Mann - Councilperson

                        Bobby Wiggins – Councilperson  

Staff Present:  Janice Truhan – City Clerk, Joe Nettleton – Public Works Director, Thomas Wayne Rowland – Chief of Police, Brad Johnson – Assistant Chief of Police.  

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Day.  Mayor Day stated that we had been called together to consider the resolution approving the Appointment of an Investigating Officer.  

The Council considered the following business:  

Consider Motion to approve Resolution approving appointment of Investigating Officer.

[Motion: Maddox, 2nd: Grider, Vote:  Unanimous.]  

Mayor Day called for a Motion to adjourn.  [Motion:  Grider, 2nd:  Yonce, Vote: Unanimous.]
